Candles: trim the wick to a quarter inch before each burn, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
Stoneware: dishwasher and microwave safe, though hand washing keeps the glaze looking new for longer.
Engraved tumblers: hand wash only. The dishwasher will dull the engraving over time.
